【利用方法】

1. パンスターミラクル号と万博シャトルバスの予約を取る。

2. 荷物一時預かり利用の旨パンスターへ事前ご連絡（出発の3営業日前までに）

   ※【各予約番号】【荷物預けする日付】をお知らせください。
   ※事前連絡が無いとご利用出来かねる場合がある旨、ご了承ください。
   
   
3. 荷物預かり証をご記入
   【預り証お渡し場所】
   ①乗船前に万博に向かわれるお客様
   　大阪港国際フェリーターミナル発のシャトルバス車内にてドライバーよりお渡し
   　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
   ②乗船後に万博に向かわれるお客様
   　大阪から乗船する際、ターミナルにて、パンスターの職員よりお渡し
   
   
4. ホテルフクラシアにて途中下車、館内フロントにて荷物預け＆支払
   
   
5. 受け取り予定日に受け取り
   ※延長1日ごとに延長料金が発生します。

【ご料金等について】

・ご料金は1日あたり税込2000円(1個口、荷物2つまで)
・お支払はお預け時に現金のみ。（お釣りが出ないように、ちょうどの金額をご用意ください）
・1日あたり延長料金税込2000円が発生。

【その他ご注意事項】

・ホテルでの郵送手続きは出来ません。
・お預かりできるお荷物は1個口につき2つまでですが、お引き取りの際はすべてのお荷物を同時にお渡しいたします。別々にお預けや、別々にお引取りが必要な方は別途税込み2000円が発生します。(1個口、荷物2つまで)

【How to use】

①Make reservations for the PanStar Miracle and the Expo shuttle bus.

②Contact Panstar in advance to use temporary luggage storage (at least 3 business days before departure)
Send the information from the inquiry form on the official Panstar website

*Please inform us of [each reservation number] and [the date you wish to leave your luggage].
*Please note that we may not be able to use your baggage if we do not receive prior notice.

③Fill out the baggage deposit slip

(1)Passengers heading to the Expo before boarding the ship
Pick it up from the driver in the shuttle bus departing from the Osaka Port International Ferry Terminal
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
(2) Passengers heading to the Expo after boarding:
Hand over the certificate from Panstar staff at the terminal when boarding from Osaka.

④Stopover at Hotel Fujkrasia, drop off luggage at the front desk, and pay for it.

⑤Pick up by the scheduled pick up date and time

【About fees, etc.】

・Fees are ¥2000 per day including tax (1 piece, up to 2 pieces of luggage)
・An extension fee of ¥2000 per day including tax will be charged.
・Payment is to be made only in cash at the time of drop-off.

・Please note that the hotel cannot mail baggage.Please be aware that the hotel is not able to mail your baggage.
・If you need to drop off or pick up your baggage separately, a separate charge of 2000 yen including tax will be incurred. (1 parcel, up to 2 pieces of luggage)
